Jevan Kaka
Consultant
Jevan serves as a business consultant for Utah Family Services, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure the organization remains focused on enhancing care services for adults with disabilities. With over 15 years of experience in the care and youth services industry across New Zealand and Australia, Jevan brings a wealth of knowledge in program development, operational management, and service improvement.
His role is to support, advise, and refine best practices, ensuring that Utah Family Services continues to deliver high-quality, person-centered care that prioritizes dignity, independence, and long-term well-being. By combining his expertise in social care with business strategy, Jevan helps the organization stay aligned with its mission to create safe, supportive, and empowering environments for the individuals and families it serves.
Jevan’s passion for building strong, sustainable care models comes from a deep understanding of the challenges faced by families and individuals in need of specialized support. He believes that quality care goes beyond meeting basic needs—it’s about fostering independence, building confidence, and ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to thrive. Through his consultancy, he remains committed to helping Utah Family Services grow, adapt, and continue making a meaningful impact in the lives of those they serve.
Jackson Kaka

Jackson’s passion for caring for individuals with disabilities is deeply personal. Growing up, he witnessed firsthand the challenges families face when trying to find quality, compassionate care for their loved ones. He saw how the right environment could transform lives—giving individuals not just support, but dignity, independence, and a true sense of belonging.
With a degree in Sports Science and experience playing professional rugby in the U.S., Jackson learned the values of discipline, teamwork, and resilience—qualities that now guide his leadership at Utah Family Services. His career in technology and business operations at Lucid Software gave him the expertise to build sustainable, client-focused programs, ensuring that families receive the highest standard of care and support.
Driven by a desire to make a real difference, Jackson founded Utah Family Services to create a home-like environment where adults with disabilities can thrive. His goal is simple: to provide the kind of care he would want for his own family—one built on trust, respect, and unwavering support.
